Shipping & Returns

All orders are processed within 48 business hours of receipt and approval. Business days are Monday to Friday. 9 am to 4pm MST. Cut-off time is noon for processing orders.

We provide ONLINE shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order and/or add an item to our shopping bag; simply enter your zip code and click the "Recalculate" button.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING - Continental USA

  • 1st Class, USPS Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground Shipping in the continental USA  unless running free shipping promotion, shipping types may vary.
  • USPS 1st Class, Priority Mail Shipping, Fed Ex, UPS in the continental USA on orders will be used as shipment carriers. 
  • Delivery within in 2-4 business days after ship date
  • 1st Class shipping Available on items under 13 oz. 2-5 business days for delivery

NOTE: UPS cannot deliver to APO, FPO, PO Boxes or anywhere outside the continental U.S. APO, FPO, and PO Boxes will be shipped via US Postal Service, therefore, packages will be delayed an additional 2-3 days for delivery. Also if package can not be delivered by USPS, package will be delivered by UPS Ground.

Expedited Shipping

  • Faster Shipping: UPS/FedEx 2 Day Air business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 3-4 business days for delivery.
  • Fastest Shipping: UPS/FedEx Next Day Air is 1 business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 2 business days for delivery.

Hawaii and Alaska Rates

  • All orders to Hawaii and Alaska are as stated.

Faster Shipping: UPS/FedEx 2 Day Air Rate & UPS Express 2 business day service. On occasion, in very rural areas this service is NOT available. In such cases please allow 3 business days for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • All international orders  are shipped via U.S.P.S unless requested other services online.
  • USPS International Priority Mail or Global Express Mail Rate. This includes Canada and Mexico. Tracking capability will be included in this service.
  • Delivery within 5-10 business days after ship date
  • Signature may be required
  • Weekend delivery may not be available

  • International shipping charges do not include taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these charges. By law we are required to disclose the full value of the package contents
  • Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery
  • International orders are subject to billing address verification, and must have the same billing and shipping address. Orders with a different billing and shipping addresses will not be processed
  • Delivery charges will be accessed according to the carrier's rates.
  • Returns and Exchanges are not accepted on International orders (including Canada)

Buy On Line Returns Only
Trashy Cat® unused merchandise may be returned, with the original tags attached along with a copy of the invoice or packing slip. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase. A credit will be issued upon receipt to the original credit card for the item(s) amount - please allow up to two billing cycles for your statement to reflect the credit.

ALL BACK ALLEY DISCOUNTED Merchandise IS FINAL. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES.

NOTE: If your original order was placed under our Free Shipping Promotion, the original shipping savings for the returned products will be subtracted from your refund amount. Coupon Codes and Free Merchandise not returned will also be adjusted accordingly.

Exchanges
Due to availability concerns, we are unable to accommodate exchanges at this time. If you require a different item/color/size, please visit the
www.trashycat.com website to place a new order.

*Defective Merchandise will be handled on a case by case study. We apologize for this inconvenience however we will do every effort to replace this item. Please email us direct at sales@trashycat.com

Shipping
Packages must be returned pre-paid: we will not accept C.O.D. deliveries. We recommend that you return items via UPS- Insured, or Parcel Post- Insured. We cannot be responsible for items that do not arrive at our facility. We apologize for the inconvience.
